Manly men eat man-food (and man-beer), and you'll find plenty at this old-school pub. The burgers are great, the happy-hour boasts half price appetizers that will fill you up at a steep discount, and their beer is brewed on-site and sold in growlers. The Man Beer (a really boozy IPA) is a regular favorite, but the Big Ben Brown Ale just might be my favorite beer in the country.
If you're looking to get the full experience, you're going to need to set aside at least 2 hours at The Bull. I've yet to find a better brunch spot in Denver, and their double-bloody's will help absolve you of your sins from the night before and provide absolution to keep the party going. "The Cure" is their hangover special, and you'll find more than enough hash browns, eggs, gravy, and green chili to put you into a food coma for the rest of the weekend.
Dinner's great too. The Queen Mother Burger and Horseradish Bacon Burger are always solid choices. Their nightly specials are fantastic, with all-you-can eat fish 'n' chips on Fridays. Tuesday nights will get you a man-sized prime rib and a growler of beer for about 25 bucks. Deals like this make the Bull & Bush my favorite spot in Denver.
